Organizational Psychology (PSYC 345)

The course PSYC 345 relates to leadership as it discusses the personalities and responsibilities of the leaders in a workplace. Moreover, it describes how they should act when faced with issues and how to analyze the human behavior of the other employees. Organizational Psychology uses methods like the Personal Inventory Assessment to analyze employees collaboration, social skills, critical thinking, cultural knowledge, and work effort in a diverse environment. Skills learned in this class such as the importance of working in a team structure and making decisions and solving problems apply to almost every other job. Therefore, these are skills that I highly cherish and know that will come in handy one day in my career.
